Fee Schedule

  • Credit Counseling (Pre-Filing Course): $50 (for individual or couple filing together)
  • Debtor Education (After Filing Course): $50 (for individual or couple filing together)
Fee waiver is available in cases where the debtor has income less than 150 percent of the poverty guidelines last published by the United States Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) (https://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty-guidelines). Review these guidelines to see if you qualify, or contact DECAF for assistance. For Fee Waiver Qualifications, click here.
